We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help with employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records.
✅ HR Administration & Compliance
Support in drafting HR policies and procedures.
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of employee documents.
Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
✅ Employee Relations & Engagement
Assist in organizing team-building activities and wellness programs.
Support in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
Conduct research on HR best practices and recommend improvements.
✅ Payroll & Benefits Support
Help track employee attendance and leave records.
Assist in compiling payroll data and verifying details.
Provide administrative support for employee benefits programs.
✅ Training & Performance Management
Support in coordinating training programs and workshops.
Assist in monitoring employee performance review processes.
Help maintain training records and feedback reports.
Requirements
🎯 Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
🎯 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
🎯 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🎯 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
🎯 A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
