Duties and Responsibilities

Job summary
The Human Resources Intern will work closely with the Human Resources Officer to provide a professional, business focused organisational development and human resource management service, delivering a proactive-solutions-based approach for resolving issues and ensuring that staff are effectively managed and developed to deliver organisational results, which are focussed on developing capacity and expertise in partner organisations.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification
Recently completed a Degree (undergrad or postgrad )in Psychology, Human Resource Management , Business Management or related degree; Any working experience or volunteering experience in an I / NGO an added advantage; Effective communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others and to support others; Ability to draft standard and clear written communication, such as letters, memorandums and reports; Able to work accurately with attention to detail; Ability to respond to a variety of questions relating to HR.
