Job Description

Assist the Human Resources Officer in all the day to day HR functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assisting in the recruitment and selection process.
• Handling employee grievances in line with the Grievance procedure.
• Supporting in training and performance management processes.
• Assisting in administering employee benefits and reward management.
• Producing and submitting reports on general Human Resources activities.
• Assisting in drafting Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Supporting day-to-day Human Resources and administrative operations.
• Supporting employee wellness programmes and engagement initiatives.
• Monitoring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with departments to support HR initiatives.
• Facilitating exit interviews and completing staff termination paperwork.
• Performing periodic audits of personnel files and Human Resources records.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files and records.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year working experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
• Relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
