HUMAN RESOURCES GRADUATE TRAINEE (HARARE)
Wanted is a Graduate Trainee for a Local Company based in Harare. Successful
candidates to undergo an intensive 24-month Graduate Trainee Program.

Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must:
• A recent university graduate with a degree in Human Resources or a related
field.
• Recent graduate (not more than 2 years post-graduation)
• Knowledge of Zimbabwean labour laws will be an added advantage
CORE COMPETENCIES
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to learn and grow within the HR profession.
