Job Description

To support the HR function with a strong focus on digital recruitment processes, HR information systems (HRIS), and HR administration while developing practical HR competencies within a manufacturing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
• Manage digital recruitment channels and employer branding initiatives
• Maintain and update employee records on the HRIS
• Generate basic HR reports and analytics from HR systems
• Assist with onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
• Provide administrative support across the HR lifecycle
• Support HR projects and compliance requirements
• Promote efficient, technology-driven HR processes within the organization
• Coordinate Learning and Development initiatives for staff

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Recent graduate or 0–2 years’ HR experience
• Exposure to digital recruitment platforms and social media sourcing
• Basic knowledge of HRIS and data management
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office, online tools)
• Good communication and organizational skills
