Job Description
A growing professional human resources firm is looking for Human Resources Consultants to assist provide strategic & routine human resources services to a range of clientele in various industries ranging from transport, mining, land development, milling, motor spares, retail, social media, chemicals, engineering among others.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties
• Assist with the Recruitment &Selection of skilled staff to support business growth.
• Human Resources Administration -Leave, Nssa, Paye, Files, Personal Data etc.
• Skills Development
• Remuneration &Reward
• Performance Management
• Development of Human Resources Policies &Procedures cutting across all functions.
• Enforcing discipline, standards of conduct and hearing grievances.
• Interpretation of the Labour Relations Act and other statutes ensuring compliance.
• Developing Human Resources Strategies that support business growth.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements
• A degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
• At least two years experience in a similar or related position.
• Hardworking, agile, professional person with a ‘’Can do attitude”
• Punctual, committed, disciplined, able to relate and manage people of diverse backgrounds.
• Very good communication, teamworking and interpersonal skills
• A very responsible person who can self-supervise
