Who We Are?
With over 20 years of experience, PSI/Zimbabwe now registered as Population Solutions for Health is looking for candidates who hold the requisite qualifications and experience to apply for the positions below.

Human Resources Clerk - Head Office (Fulltime*1)
Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator - Operations, the Human Resources Clerk maintains hardcopy and electronic employee personnel records and provides clerical services for the department.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your Contribution – Key Responsibilities.
• Enters and uploads data into Human Resources Management System in accordance with established
procedures.
• Transfers data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
• Manages staff records for easy retrieval.
• Updates and maintains all Human Resources Forms, Job descriptions and employee related files.
• Custodian of all HR central filing repositories and ensures timely updates.
• Collates HR paperwork to support HR related activities.
• Supports all high-volume typing activities.
• Archives all Human Resources files and put in place an easy retrieval system.
• Assist in the retrieval of audit samples and updates documents accordingly.
• Attends to regular and ad hoc data queries timeously.
• Performs any other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

What Are We Looking For?
• Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Diploma in Administration/ Personal Assistant
• One-year work experience in a Human Resources environment a prerequisite
• Previous work experience in a NGO HR environment a distinct advantage
• Working knowledge and experience using an HRIS an added advantage
• Strong administrative skills and ability to handle volumes
• Excellent Computer skills
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
