As an HR Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources department. You will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, and compliance with labor laws.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Degree/ diploma in Human Resources Management
1-2 years post qualification experience
