Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above-mentioned post. The incumbent will be reporting to the Human Resource Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.1. TASKS
Develop and maintain HR Compliance Knowledge
• Begins to develop a current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations.
• Keeps abreast of new developments in the HR field.
• Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
• Keeps abreast of Document retention requirements.

2.1 HR ADMINISTRATION
• Prepare Word, Excel and Power points of all projects.
• Proofread HR documents.
• May be responsible for making meeting and travel arrangements.
• Manage Pre-Employment Processes.
• Post new positions on various websites.
• Properly handle client requests through responsiveness, follow-up and escalation.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum qualifications
1. 5’O’ levels
2. Studying towards HR Management Honors Degree\ HND in Human Resources or Degree in Psychology.
3. Able to work under pressure with little to no supervision.
