An organisation in the Transport sector is looking for a qualified and Experienced HR and Administration. The person will be responsible for Finance and Human Resources aspects
Duties & Responsibilities
- Calculating Driver allowances
- Maintaining employee personal files by ensuring that all documents are filed
- Processing Payroll
- Processing Payroll journals
- Processing statutory returns (Zimra, Zimdef, NSSA)
- Assisting in Recruitment and selection
- Handling all HR functions
- Data Capturing
- Processing Creditor and cash payments and reconciliations
- Assisting in tocks takes
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Account/Finance
- Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Thorough knowledge of Pastel Partner
- Belina Payroll
- At least 5 years hands on experience (experience in the transport industry is an added advantage)
