Job Description
Responsible for organizing and conducting training, oversee development and reviewing the performance of company employees. Ensuring that employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Creating, revising job descriptions and compiling employee contracts
• Conducting recruitment, writing and placing recruitment advertisements: screen and interview candidates, conduct reference checking, extend job offers, and conduct exit interviews
" Evaluating employees' performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Conduct orientation sessions and train all new employees on product knowledge and company processes and practises.
• Analyse training needs and develop new training programs or strategies or modify and improve existing programmes or strategies.
• Perform and make arrangements for ongoing skills development training programmes and personal development classes for staff members.
• Payroll administration and data capturing of personal information and updates the database on Belina system
- Identify potential in staff, train and demonstrate on job specific then prepare individuals for new job roles.
• Implementing disciplinary procedures according to the
COC of the company in line with the labour laws of Zimbabwe
• Mediate and arbitrate on employee issues
• Conduct performance appraisal and assessment programmes to identify individuals for delegation and promotion purposes.
• Motivate employees and responsible for employee retention
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and key competences
• Honours Degree in Human Resource Management/ business Administration, Business Management, Labour relations or any related Qualification.
* Minimum of 3 years proven experience in the management role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of HR and Payroll systems e.g
Belina system
• Drivers licence an added advantage
