Job Description

A fast-growing IT company is looking for an HR and Admin Personnel for their Bulawayo Branch. The person should be a self-starter able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. The person must have a good people skill and be able to generate sales

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing Human Resource Operations by ensuring effective maintenance of all employee records and effective management of all HR processes.
Taking Minutes and Producing Matters Arising/ Actions Taken Reports for Employee meetings.
Ensuring effective implementation of the Authority’s Employment Code of Conduct.
Drafting developing and reviewing Human Resource and Administration Policies and Procedures.
Processing all issues pertaining to Training and Development and ensuring that all Departments / Sections / Units develop training plans for employees each year.
Implementing and managing employee wellness programs.
Setting proper filling systems
Performing all Human Resources and Admin duties as delegated
Knowledgeable in Accounting
Cost management and ensuring company profitability are a must
Ability to effectively manage company creditors and debtors

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OR EQUIVALENT
2 years or more working experience
