Job Description

Applications are invited for the above position that has risen in our Human Capital Department at Standards Association of Zimbabwe. Purpose of the job is to ensure effective Human Capital operations and processes for achievement of the SAZ objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Ensuring effective recruitment and selection
 Ensuring proper implementation of the Performance Management System ( Balanced Score Card)
 Effective capturing and reviewing of monthly payroll, third party reports and benefits administration
 Identify employee training needs for compilation of training plan
 Compiling of monthly and quarterly reports
 Implementing and developing of HR Policies and Procedures
 Creating a positive and coherent environment for the well- being and satisfaction of staff
 Ensuring HR practices comply with Labour laws
 Implementing HR strategy
 Implementing Management Systems (ZWS ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ISO 45001:2018 OHS and ZWS ISO 14001 EMS)
 Supervising administration staff

Qualifications and Experience

 Degree in Human Resources or Social Science discipline or any equivalent qualification
 IPMZ Diploma an added advantage
 Minimum 3 years working experience
 Diploma in Labour Law (Conciliation and Arbitration) is an added advantage
 Must have good knowledge of Labour laws in Zimbabwe
 Knowledge of Management Systems (QMS, OHS and EMS)
 Supervisory Skills
