Reports to the Human Capital and Administration Assistant.
Applicants must have the following:
Major Responsibilities:
• Preparation and distribution of agendas, memos, minutes and notices
• Assisting in Human Capital related matters
• Filing of documents
• Assisting in the Council's payroll process
• Updating the leave registers
• Performing any other duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications and experience:
• University Degree in Human Resources Management, Local Governance Studies or equivalent
• Working experience in a Local Authority or Local Government environment
• Clean Class 4 driver's license is an added advantage
• Sound computer literacy
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
