- Managing the recruitment process and preparing job descriptions.
- Orientation for new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Articulating company policies and procedures to the employees.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
- A relevant degree or diploma in human resources.
- Traceable relevant experience in human resources profession.
- Possession of certification in Payroll Management and Labour relations is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
