We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Consultant with strong sales and business development skills to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional HR functions, requiring a professional who can engage with business clients (B2B), conduct HR assessments, facilitate interviews, and drive sales for our HR consultancy services. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying client needs, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored HR solutions that enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales (B2B)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HR consulting services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CEOs, HR Directors, Business Owners).
Conduct sales presentations and pitch HR solutions to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with businesses in need of HR advisory services.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and track interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing to generate leads through events, social media, and referrals.
2. HR Advisory & Consulting
Assess client HR needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
Develop HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks for businesses.
Design and implement HR strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Advise clients on labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Assist in structuring performance management systems and leadership development programs.
Provide guidance on compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee retention strategies.
3. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Conduct end-to-end recruitment for client organizations.
Develop job descriptions, source candidates, and conduct interviews.
Utilize various recruitment platforms, headhunting strategies, and talent networks.
Assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Provide interview coaching and support hiring managers in decision-making.
4. Interviews & Employee Assessments
Conduct structured interviews, competency-based assessments, and psychometric tests.
Facilitate employee engagement surveys and culture assessments.
Analyze interview data and provide reports with hiring recommendations.
Develop onboarding programs to improve employee integration and productivity.
5. Client Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing continuous HR support and insights.
Conduct HR audits and gap analyses to improve client HR functions.
Monitor client satisfaction and recommend additional services to meet evolving needs.
Organize and conduct HR workshops, training sessions, and executive coaching.
6. HR Technology & Process Optimization
Recommend and implement HR software solutions such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
Assist businesses in digitizing and automating HR processes for efficiency.
Train client teams on HR tech adoption and usage.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
HR certification is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR consulting, sales, or business development.
Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in HR, recruitment, or professional services.
Strong interviewing and recruitment skills for various industries.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR trends, and compliance regulations.
Experience conducting HR audits, talent assessments, and employee relations management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
