Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resource services for our clients and contributing to our sales efforts. This role requires expertise in HR processes, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to drive results both in HR delivery and business development

Duties and Responsibilities

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives tailored to client needs.
-Advise clients on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
-Oversee recruitment processes, including job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
-Design and execute training and development programs for client organizations.
-Manage employee relations and provide conflict resolution strategies.
-Conduct performance management reviews and advise clients on strategies to optimize employee productivity.
-Implement HR systems and tools to streamline client HR operations.
-Ensure clients comply with local labor laws and industry standards.
SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
-Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HR and business needs.
-Promote HR services to potential clients through presentations, meetings, and proposals.
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies and close deals.
-Prepare and present customized HR solutions to prospective and existing clients.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
-Stay updated with the latest HR trends, technologies, and regulations.
-Contribute to the development of company HR services and product offerings.
-Provide regular reports on HR operations and sales activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Skills
-Bachelor’s degree, diploma or certificate in Human Resources.
-Proven experience in human resources management and consulting.
-Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of achieving targets.
-Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
-Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
