Job Description

We are looking for a qualified HR Consultant to fill in a vacancy that has arisen in our HR Consulting firm. To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of human resources practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse organizational needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

1) Human Resources Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business goals.
2) Employee Relations: Handling employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
3) Recruitment and Staffing: Assisting in the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and advising on hiring decisions.
4)Training and Development: Identifying training needs, designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
5) Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and advising on performance improvement plans.
6) Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and staying up-to-date on changes in employment legislation.
7) HR Audits: Conducting HR audits to assess the effectiveness of HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
8) Employee Benefits: Managing employee benefits programs, advising on compensation and reward strategies.
9) Organizational Development: Assisting in organizational development initiatives, including change management, restructuring, and succession planning.
10) HR Technology: Advising on and implementing HR technology solutions for more efficient HR processes.
11) Conflict Resolution: Mediating and resolving workplace conflicts, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
12) Client Consultation: Collaborating with clients to understand their specific HR needs and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum – Degree in Human Resources, or IPMZ Diploma
• 3-5 years relevant working experience in HR Consultancy
• Clean driver’s license
• Experience in HRM softwares is an added advantage
• Candidate must be aged between 26 – 40 years
