Zimbabwe Mining Development Corporation is a major player in the Zimbabwean Mining Industry and a key contributor to the growth of the Zimbabwean economy through mining and mining development. The Corporation has the following exciting, fixed term opportunities that have arisen at our Golden Kopje Mine (Chinhoyi).
Responsibilities
• Human Resources Administration (Leave, Employee Files)
• Recruitment and Selection, Induction and onboarding
• Monitoring, interpreting and advising on Human Resources Policies and
Procedures
• Timeous, payroll processing including compilation of input data, payroll system
input
• Reconciliation of payroll input data and processing statutory returns (NSSA, MIPF,
PAYE, STL, ZIMDEF)
• Disciplinary and Grievance handling
• Training and development
• Assisting in departmental budgeting
• Reporting on Monthly on HR Statistics and Matrices
Qualifications
• Degree in Human Resource or Industrial Relations or Equivalent
• Knowledge of Belina Payroll
• 5 O level passes
• 2 years working experience
