An HR Attache is responsible for managing human resources functions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and staff welfare.
●Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff.
●Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
●Ensure compliance with Zimbabwean labor laws and international HR standards.
●Administer payroll, benefits, and expatriate allowances.
●Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
●Organize training, career development, and performance management programs.
●Support staff welfare, health, and safety initiatives.
●Provide strategic HR advice to management.
Studying towards a degree/diploma in Human Resources Management.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills: High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.
