Reporting to the Group HR and Admin Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for providing assistance to the Manager in-order to achieve the objectives of the HR Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
· Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources and Admin Manager
· Payroll processing and payslip distribution.
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
· Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Requirements.
· Compile and update employee records.
Qualifications
· National Diploma in Human Resources or IPMZ Diploma.
· Knowledge of Belina Payroll a must.
· Degree in Human resources management and any social science degree will be an added advantage.
· Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
· Basic knowledge of labor laws
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong communications skills
