As a host you will be responsible to ensure that all customers are attended to and offered the best service. You will also ensure that all company procedures and processes are followed accordingly.
Greeting and Welcoming of Clients
Take customer orders and follow up
Receive payments
Answer incoming calls and address customers queries
Maintain a clean reception area
Advise walk in customers about Company promotions
any other duties assigned by Management
Submitting reports
1 to 2 years working experience
Secretarial Diploma /Hospitality Degree or Diploma/ Job related
Understanding of a retailing sector
Excellent communication skills
Availability to work in shifts as needed
