Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, self motivated and task oriented individuals to fill the following vacant position that has arisen within Council.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Making sure all servers are up and running .
• Software installation, configuration, upgrading and maintenance of ICT
equipment.
• Doing daily, monthly ,and yearly backups.
• Logging all user queries or ICT problems , backups and any eventualities
for analysis by the supervisor
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Computer Science , Information Technology or related. Degree is
an added advantage.
• At least 1 year experience in ICT.
• Experience in working for a public institution will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant Computer Software.
