Job Description
Reporting to the Divisional Director - Retail Banking, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing banking operations strategy to meet the Bank’s targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-Strategy implementation.
-Operational efficiency management.
-Revenue collection assurance.
-Bulk payments processing.
-Cash centre/depot management.
-Staff & stakeholder management.
-Budgeting.
-Reporting & analysis.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
-Strategic mindset and foresight.
-High levels of awareness and proficiency in banking operations systems, principles and trends.
-Change management and project management skills.
-High commercial and operational awareness.
-Good risk analysis.
-Good interpersonal & Management Skills
Qualifications and Experience
Business degree.
MBA or equivalent.
IOBZ Diploma.
3 years experience in a managerial role in the Banking sector.
