Job Summary
Cimas Health Group's purpose is to inspire healthier communities. In pursuant to this purpose, Cimas is searching for a discerning Head iGo to join the Group and champion the efficient management of iGo wellness products and services in line with Cimas strategic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Implementing the strategic vision for iGo.
• Developing the iGo operating plan.
• Overseeing the daily operations of iGo.
• Researching and identifying areas of growth (products and membership).
• Leading the iGo team to surpass goals and objectives.
• Presenting strategies and results to executives and stakeholders.
Key Competencies
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to formulate and execute actionable plans to achieve set goals and objectives. Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role involves managing a team of diverse professionals. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in health sciences and wellness.
• Post graduate qualification in a business related field.
• 5 years commercial experience in a service industry preferably business to business.
