HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement HR policies, initiatives and strategies that align with the Zimpost strategy.
• Provide business support through Talent Development, Performance management, Human Resources planning and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Develop and review organizational structures and ensure their alignment with business strategy.
• Ensure harmonious employees relations and effective disciplinary and grievance management.
• Promote a conducive Industrial Relations environment through effective structures, engagement strategies and relationship management.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive system of internal communications to keep staff informed of current and planned developments.
• Oversee payroll, compensation and employee benefits functions.
• Provide HR leadership in the provision of guidance and support to management and staff on HR related issues.
• Implement health and safety policies and best practices.
• Oversee HR reporting, Administration function and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• A Masters’ Degree.
• IPMZ or any other professional Human Resources qualification would be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 Years’ working experience, 3 of which must be at a managerial level.
