Duties and Responsibilities
=Direct Kitchen Operations including food preparation, cooking and clean-up
- Supervision of kitchen staff
- Stock control and maintenance of kitchen assets
- Ensure hygienic handling of food stuffs
- At least 2 years catering experience in a school setup
- Mature person and capable of giving expert advice
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
- At least '0' levels including English Language
- Catering certificate, Diploma in professional cookery/ hotel and catering
