C. HEAD COOK
Major Duties and Responsibilities are:
• Supervising catering staff
• Preparing the school catering budget
• Developing Planning and preparing meals for students and staff per school catering roster
• Participating in development of a plan to commercialise some school catering products and services
• Preparation of school meal chat for management's approval
• Ordering food stuffs for school boarding and special catering occasions
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene in the preparation, serving, storage and disposal of food
Qualifications and Experience
• At least five (5) Ordinary level passes including English Language with at least 3 years' experience or three (3) Ordinary level passes including English Language with at least 7 years' experience.
• Supervisory training or experience is an added experience
