Job Summary

Applications are invited from CAPABLE TEAM PLAYERS, suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill the positions listed below based at our head Office in Harare.

The incumbents will be based at Head Office within the Business Infrastructure Development Division and will work on infrastructure projects for the Corporation throughout the country.
Purpose of the Job:
The position exists to assist all new, upkeep and repair duties including maintaining all spaces, identifying the need for repairs, responding to maintenance requests and servicing company equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Undertakes all maintenance works within the Corporation.
• Partaking in all construction and renovation projects.
• Requesting and making follow ups on maintenance and project materials.
• Assisting in the preparation of maintenance budget for the Corporation.
• Adheres to safety and health requirements
• Attending to all maintenance related issues raised through the office.
• Detecting and reporting the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Any other work related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements:
• 5 "O"-Levels including English Language and Mathematics
• Class 3 Journeyman Certificate in Carpentry / Building /Plumbing / Painting/ Electrical
• 2 years relevant working experience in related construction projects.
• Clean Class 4 Drivers License is an added advantage
