Perform day to day building-related maintenance
Paint and fill gaps or crevices
Undertake light installation or carpentry
Plumbing and Electrical Repairs
Assist Trades people with repairs
Repair equipment or appliances
Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Plumbing
Class 1 Journeymen Certificate
At least 2 years' experience as a Plumber, Electrician, Carpenter or Welder.
