Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform day to day building-related maintenance
• Paint and fill gaps or crevices
• Undertake light installation or carpentry
• Repair equipment or appliances
• Assist Trades people with electrical, plumbing repairs
• Any Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Carpentry, Plumbing or Welding
Class 1 Journeymen Certificate
At least 2 years Handyman related experience as Builder/Plumber / Carpenter preferably in a school environment.
