The ideal candidate will be exceptionally strong in labour and industrial relations. Knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) will be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, compliance, performance management, and employee welfare across the group.
• Maintain organisational structures, job descriptions, and staff statistics.
• Facilitate recruitment, interviews, reference checks, and induction programmes.
• Administer disciplinary, grievance, and probation processes.
• Coordinate training needs, annual plans, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and provide expert advice to line management on labour relations.
• Manage payroll, salaries, benefits, pensions, loans, and leave.
• Oversee performance contracts, appraisals, and exit interviews.
• Organise works council and health & safety meetings.
• Provide secretarial support to the Group HR Manager.
• Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ HR experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven expertise in labour/industrial relations, with strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and compliance.
• Proven ability in recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) practices will be an added advantage.
