Key Responsibilities
A leading mining company operating across the mining, energy, infrastructure, oil and gas sectors is seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its Corporate Services function. This strategic role is pivotal to ensuring operational efficiency, resource optimisation, and stakeholder alignment across the Group.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements include:
A bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
A Master's Degree in a similar field is essential
Proven experience in a senior corporate services or operations role within a
multinational organisation is crucial for this role.
Demonstrated extensive expertise in sectors such as oil and gas, mining,
infrastructure, and financial services.
Strong track record in managing joint ventures, PPPs, and corporate restructuring.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Legal, business, or public administration qualifications will be an added advantage.
Ability to speak multiple international languages is a plus.
