Job Description

To create engaging and on brand graphics for marketing, training and research content.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
2. Study design briefs and determine requirements.
3. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
4. Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs for training content.
5. Communicate the right IoD message through visuals on training material.
6. Creating animated sequences using computer software.

Qualifications and Experience

1. A relevant diploma/degree in Graphics and multimedia design.
2. At least one year experience in content design and presentation

CRITICAL OR TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
1. Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context
combined with excellent IT and programming skills.
2. Exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach to all design projects.
3. Excellent organisational, time and project management skills.
4. Accuracy and attention to detail.
5. An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment.
6. Proven competence in design and image manipulation software.
7. Self-development skills to keep-up to date with fast-changing trends Professional approach to time,
costs and deadlines.
8. Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sells ideas to clients and colleagues.
9. Must be highly self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
