We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Art Director / Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that support brand communication across digital and print platforms. This role requires someone who can translate ideas into impactful visuals, collaborate with marketing and creative teams and ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
The successful candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Develop creative design concepts for digital, social media, print and marketing campaigns.
• Design high quality visuals including social media graphics, advertisements, presentations and branding materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content and strategy teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a strong brand identity.
• Lead or contribute to creative direction for campaigns, ensuring designs are innovative and impactful.
• Manage multiple design projects at the same time while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Edit and refine designs based on team or client feedback.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
• A Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a similar creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work across digital and print platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Experience designing for social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding, and advertising materials.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a creative or marketing team.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
