Job Description
Mazoe Citrus Estates is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals willing to join and learn from a dynamic and vibrant team.
The positions are based at Mazoe Citrus Estates. The following candidates are required:
Graduate trainees
Agriculture x3 : BSc Agriculture, crop science, Horticulture or equivalent
Food technologist x 1 : BSc Food science, Biochemistry, Chemistry or equivalent
Human Resources x1 : BSc HRM, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent
Health and Safety x1 : Equivalent BSc degree
Buying x1 : BCom Purchasing and Supply or Equivalent
Duties and Responsibilities
For Graduate trainees the program will be 2 years on a fixed term basis. Successful trainees will have the opportunity to apply for any suitable roles within Mazoe Citrus as they arise, in line with Mazoe Citrus recruitment policies and procedures. Applicants who are unwilling to live on the estate need not apply. The successful candidates should be in possession of the following:
Qualifications and Experience
➢ Relevant degree with Degree Class 2.1 from a reputable tertiary institution ➢ Must be hardworking and eager to learn.
➢ Applicants should be physically fit to be able to go through learner ship in all sections of the Estate.
➢ Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.
➢ Be able to cope with pressure
➢ Be flexible and adaptable
➢ Have a mature personality
➢ Have good organisational and administrative skills
➢ Have the ability to prioritize
➢ Have good IT skills
➢ Be able to work with tight deadlines
