Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Help the service advisor to receive customers and define the customer concerns.
• To carry out the interactive reception process with all the customers.
• Help the service advisor to maintain automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
• Ensuring customer complaints are investigated thoroughly and resolved.
• Ensuring that all warrant procedures are observed.
• Ensuring that a database of all clients is developed and maintained.
• Responding to all sales queries and customer complaints professionally.
• Identifying customer needs and fulfilling them profitably.
• Demonstrating and training customers on the effectiveness of company products to consumer.
• Giving feedback on market performance to the sales executive.
• Identifying potential customers and securing business with them.
• Ensuring that all warrant procedures are observed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Promotional prowess and networking ability
• Technical know-how
• Customer responsiveness

Qualifications & Experience
• A Commercial degree or any related qualification.
• At least Class 2 qualified Journeyman is an added advantage
• Driver’s license, preferably class 2
