An exciting opportunity has arisen for a young, ambitious, highly motivated and qualified graduate to join TIMB. The successful candidate will undergo an intensive graduate trainee program for a period of 24 months. The graduate trainee will be based at TIMB Head Office.
REPORTS TO: RISK OFFICER
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE TRAINED IN THE FOLLOWING
• To assist in risk management implementation whilst gaining hands-on experience
• Risk Identification and Assessment
• Risk Mitigation and Control
• Regulatory Compliance and Reporting
• Operational Risk Management
• Business Continuity Management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Risk Management or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2.1-degree class
• At least one year work related learning experience in risk management
OTHER REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCES
• 25 years and below
• Self-driven and results oriented
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
