Accountable to actively drive their own development in the field of management in order to take up the role of Team Leader post the completion of a formalized program or scheme. Develops in the field of technical competencies related to management (budgets, audits, staff management, process flow etc.). Development of behavioral competencies related to people, process and client management. Acts as a Team Leader (when required to do so). Performs function, as required by the mentor, in line with the aims of the program / scheme.
