Job Description: The role includes marketing and social media management duties with combined skills to enhance the organizations online presence. Collaborates with Adaptation and Mitigation Officers to create innovative social media content.
Responsibilities:
• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the organizations mandate.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, engagements and promoting social media campaigns
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
• Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
• Performing other duties when needed.
Skills and abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Designing or any related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing including planning and managing content in a corporate environment.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
