GRADUATE TRAINEE – INTERNAL AUDIT
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a young, ambitious, highly motivated and qualified graduate to join TIMB. The successful candidate will undergo an intensive graduate trainee programme for a period of 24 months. The graduate trainee will be based at TIMB Head Office with occasional travel outside Harare.

Qualifications and Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Accounting/Accounting & Finance/Internal Auditing or equivalent.
* Degree class 2.1 or better.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCES
* Be aged 28 or below as at the full year 2026.
* Computer literacy.
* Self-driven and results-oriented.
* Ability to work under minimum supervision.
* Attention to detail.
* Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
