GRADUATE TRAINEE (HARARE)
Wanted is a Graduate Trainee for a Local Company based in Harare. Successful
candidates to undergo an intensive 24-month Graduate Trainee Program.

Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must:
• A recent university graduate (within the last 2 years) with a degree in
Economics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Operations Research, Trade or a
related quantitative field.
• Demonstrable proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g.,
Microsoft Power BI, Excel PivotTables/Charts).
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with impeccable
attention to detail.
CORE COMPETENCIES
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter with high adaptability, able to manage multiple tasks and learn
new systems quickly
• A foundational understanding of M&E frameworks, risk management, or quality
systems is a distinct advantage.
