Job Description: Reports to the Operations and Finance Manager. The trainee will be responsible for, the implementation of administration and finance policies
Responsibilities:
• Facilitating the acquittal of advances and payment requests.
• Preparation of Monthly Reports
• Recruitment
• Procurement.
• Maintaining a proper filing system.
• Organizing workshops and other activities.
• Attend and minute-take internal and external meetings.
Qualification & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or any related field
• A’Level accounting is a must.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• High level of numeral literacy and analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Use of different software packages
