Job Description
Job description: Reports to the Deputy Director. The officer is responsible for actively promoting environmental conservation and sustainable development through systematic education and awareness.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver educational programs and resources for schools and communities.
• Actively raising awareness of environmental issues at national level.
• Supports and promotes a corporate culture of sustainability and climate change awareness.
• Preparing and distributing publicity materials and displays.
• Developing plans, reports and press releases.
• Constantly develops content for project websites and social media platforms.
• Coordinate and implement the Green Schools Initiative throughout the country.
Qualifications and Experience
Skills and Abilities:
• Diploma/Degree in Education (Geography and English major) or any related field.
• Proven experience in working with schools and learning institutions.
• Actively show enthusiasm about environmental issues.
• Ability to confidently and clearly communicate.
• Strong organizational skills.
