Graduate Trainee-Business Development
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a young, ambitious, highly motivated and qualified graduate to join TIMB.
The successful candidate will undergo an intensive graduate trainee program for a period of 24 months. The graduate trainee will be based at TIMB Head Office.
REPORTS TO: AGRIBUSINESS SPECIALIST
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE TRAINED IN THE FOLLOWING
• Management of contracts.
Business strategy.
• Monitoring and Evaluation.
• Market research and development.
• Program & project management.
• Value Chain analysis.
• Farm Business Management.

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Business/ Agricultural Economics/Economics/Financial Engineering.
• Minimum of 2.1-degree class.
• At least one-year relevant experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCES
• Aged 28 years and below as at the full year 2025.
Self-driven and results oriented.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
