GRADUATE TRAINEE – AGRIBUSINESS
A dynamic financial institution invites applications from talented, innovative, and motivated recent graduates to join its 24-month Graduate Trainee Programme in the Agribusiness unit in the Corporate and Investment Banking Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
This programme will allow the Graduate Trainee to gain practical exposure to agribusiness operations, agricultural value chains, market research, customer engagement, and business development. The trainee will support data analysis, reporting, identification of business opportunities, and the development of innovative solutions that contribute to the growth and profitability of the organisation’s agribusiness portfolio.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
• A Diploma or Business degree in Agribusiness or agriculture-related field.
• Analytical, problem-solving, numerical and business skills.
• A passion for research, data analysis and innovation.
Programme Exposure
Successful candidates will gain experience in:
