Job Description
We are a small but growing fresh fruit and vegetable distribution company looking for a qualified and suitable candidate to execute roles of keeping the inside and outside of office buildings/warehouse area in a clean and orderly condition..
Duties and Responsibilities
Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notifying management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Making adjustments and minor repair
Stocking and maintaining supply rooms
Co-operating with the rest of the staff
Following all health and safety regulations
Qualifications and Experience
5 O’Levels including Mathematics and English- no degree holders
At least 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar position
