We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Hand-Housekeeping. The purpose of the General Hand is to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic hospital environment by carrying out routine cleaning and housekeeping duties in accordance with established hygiene, infection control, and safety standards, thereby supporting quality patient care and the well-being of staff and visitors, maintaining confidentiality.
-Cleaning and sanitizing wards, offices, corridors, and common areas
-Ensuring proper disposal of waste according to hospital guidelines
-Maintaining high standards of hygiene and infection control
-Supporting a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors
-Reporting maintenance or safety issues when identified
-5 Levels including English
-Certificate in housekeeping
-Basic literacy and ability to follow instructions
-Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
-Good personal hygiene and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Physically fit and willing to work shifts including night shifts
-Must be able to use cleaning equipment e.g. floor polishers
