JOB TITLE: GENERAL HAND – GROUNDS AND LANDSCAPING (3 POSTS)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director of Central Services and Amenities.
Grounds keeping and landscaping.
Machine operation (Brush cutting, Rider Mower or other mower, fumigation of venues).
Pick up litter, sweep hard surfaces, rake leaves, weed pavers and clean storm water drains.
Remove dead, damaged or unwanted plants.
Prune and trim hedges and shrubs.
Propagate and plant flowers, trees and flower beds.
Water lawns, mixed borders and gardens.
Monitor and maintain plant health, disease and pest control.
Maintain allocated tools, equipment, and detergents in safe and usable condition
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance.
Possession of ‘O’ levels passes will be an added advantage.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Ability to multitask with a good state of health and physic.
Mature person who can work with minimum supervision.
Good time management skills.
A person respectful and dependable.
A team player.
Knowledge of basic handyman skills.
