Job Description

The company is looking for suitably qualified and experienced Candidates to fill the following positions which have arisen within the organization in Harare.

Duties and Responsibilities


Marketing and selling conference and banqueting facilities
Schedule reservations
Event Management
Planning room layouts as per guest instruction
. Ensuring all bills are posted and paid on time
Managing food and beverage team
Brief staff and check the room set-up before the event
Ensure the room is turned around, ready for the next event
Provide "front of house" contact for guests during functions
Investigate and resolve guest complaints

Qualifications and Experience

• HND in Hotel Management / Degree In Hospitality Management
• 2 years relevant experience
